This hotel is possibly the best and fantastic place we stayed at during our Pacific Coast road trip. the units were magnificent and breathtaking, offering a great view of San Francisco. - the location is marvelous, situated right by restaurants, Union Square, and a slope. - Nearby Top of the Mark is a great place to chill out.

Ideal and perfectly clean place with outstandingly accommodating staff from the doorman to the front desk. Private parking onsite provided. Everything very good. Very central location fantastic in heart of everything, very good breakfast. Recommend to anyone.

The room here was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, with water bottles available and a great view, while the breakfast was very good.

the room was a nice size and themed, with a guest bathroom. the breakfast was satisfactory and the food was good. the location was historic, for example, chinatown was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Marvellous location very close to the Huntington and restaurants/bars and tourist attractions, could not be better. Also, to everything to take in all the city offers.

The location was stunning, very close to Nob Hill. We found it in a lovely area just off trolley bus and the cathedral / park. Our room was clean and magnificent and provided with a gorgeous view, a comfortable bed plus WiFi as expected.

Well, the views were not so great here.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had amazing, friendly staff from check-in to daily service. the restaurant was fantastic, especially at breakfast; I had excellent dishes. - I enjoyed the pleasant view of the park and Grace Cathedral from the hotel.

Room with city view but the view was opposite a gray wall of the building. Although I complained, I was offered no better alternative. Beds were very uncomfortable. For the price and the stars I would have expected more

building, cleaning and location.

I had a great stay at this place with fantastic staff, enjoyed delicious breakfast at a nice restaurant, and loved the city view from the room.

We were in a suite and room and its views were fantastic.

Breakfast could have been included, but that's a detail.

The spa could only be used for an additional high fee, on weekends only if you booked an extremely overpriced treatment. A very beautiful traditional bar and restaurant "The Big Four" is always fully booked by external guests.
